We have prepared a comprehensive project management course for you, which consists of several training modules, including a unique game, where you can try solving practical problems in a fun way based on what you learned in the course.
We compile project management course modules individually according to your needs and you can choose from areas that focus on hard skills (approach to planning and budgeting, risk management, effective preparation of presentations) and soft skills (negotiation, effective communication, etc.)
The course ends with a test, where each successful participant receives a certificate of completion.

Introduction to project management
In the Introduction to Project Management module, you will learn about the main building blocks of project management, which are essential for every successful project, and you will learn, among other things, how to avoid the most common mistakes in projects.
Project definition
In the Project Definition module, you will explore the key aspects that affect a project. Defining them is essential for project planning and management.
A proper project definition allows you to monitor its progress and evaluate its success, guarantees higher project success, and reduces communication noise and disagreements between stakeholders.
Project reporting
In the Project Reporting, you will learn how to provide key stakeholders with an overview of progress, how to identify potential problems, and enable timely corrective action.
Reports provide an overview of progress, tasks completed, and any issues that may arise, giving everyone a clear idea of how the project is progressing and whether it is on track to achieve its goals.
The reports also provide the information needed to make informed decisions about the future direction of the project.
Feedback: Lessons learned
Thanks to this module, you will primarily learn how to learn from previous mistakes and be able to identify areas that need improvement in future projects.
At the same time, you will also learn how feedback motivates the project team to achieve project goals and maintain a high level of performance.
Feedback enables open and transparent communication between stakeholders and supports collaboration within the project.
Project management
In the Risk Management module, you will learn how to prevent problems and minimize the negative impacts of risks, thereby increasing the chance of achieving project goals and completing them on time and without problems.
At the same time, risk management helps identify and address potential problems in a timely manner, helps protect the organization's reputation, helps protect the funds invested in the project, and prevents losses and damages.
Test and practice game
At the end of the course, we included a test to verify the acquired knowledge of individual employees. The test is conducted electronically and all successful participants receive a certificate.
This entire interactive course ends with a fun game where you will practice the skills you have acquired from project management.
