    Supplier and platform selection

We will guide you through the process of selecting the right platform and supplier. Depending on the size and type of project, RFI (Request for Information) and RFP (Request for Proposal) phases will take place, and we will also support you in the actual contract conclusion.

Standard Supplier and Platform Selection Procedure

    1. Preparatory phase

    2. Request for Information (RFI)

    3. Request for Proposal (RFP)

    4. Contract negotiations

    5. Signing the contract

Selecting a solution that works in practice

Choosing a vendor and platform is a key step that affects the success of the entire project. We help set up the selection process so that it leads to an informed decision and meets the real needs of the organization.

We will guide you through the entire process from preparing the assignment to the final selection and conclusion of the contract. Below are the individual stages through which we will guide you during the selection process.

    Preparation

We will start together with the tender preparation phase. Together with your team, we will start defining the goals of the future project and its scope. This will gradually create a holistic assignment based on business, technical and project needs. Firstly more generally for the purposes of the RFI and then in more detail for the RFP. Already at this stage, you will encounter the definition of goals using the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) methodology - thanks to it, the assignment will be understandable and factual. We will also set clear criteria for evaluation and, if necessary, ensure communication with potential suppliers.

    Request for Information
    (= RFI)

It is primarily used to obtain information about available products or services on the market and their providers. It is therefore more general, without contractual obligations, which provides the customer with considerable flexibility, different perspectives on possible solutions and at the same time helps to identify potential suppliers for the next stages of the tender process.

We consider the following to be key benefits:

    • Awareness: Obtaining a wide range of information from the market.

    • Direction Setting: Helps decide which direction to take before a formal request for proposal (RFP).

    • Save time : Narrow down the number of potential suppliers before starting the more costly and time-consuming RFP process.

    Request for Proposal
    (= RFP)

This phase is used to obtain detailed offers and solution proposals from selected suppliers that meet specific requirements. Together with your team, we will refine and enrich the documentation based on the RFI, creating detailed business, technical and project specifications, including requirements for the budget structure and schedule. We define evaluation criteria (usually with your purchasing team) for a clear comparison of offers.

We consider the following to be key benefits:

    • Quality decisions : Informed decisions based on detailed offers and workshops with suppliers.

    • Solution Optimization: Helps find the best possible solution to meet the specific needs of the organization.

    • Transparency: The process is transparent and objective, which increases confidence in the final decision.

We believe that combining our project experience with your industry knowledge will be the key to success in selecting the right platform and its supplier.
