Project preparation
Project preparation is a key factor for its success and the foundation on which the entire implementation process is built. We believe that thorough preparation not only sets the direction, but also ensures that all subsequent steps will be effective and focused on achieving specific goals. Therefore, at this stage, we pay special attention to details and strategic planning.
We use the MVP (Minimal Viable Product) methodology, which allows us to allocate resources more effectively and focus on developing those parts of the project that bring the greatest added value.
Thorough project preparation and the use of proven methods such as MVP ensure that every project we implement has a solid foundation and is ready to face challenges with maximum efficiency.
Project management
In addition to the MVP methodology, we also use other proven project management methods, such as Agile and Waterfall. We have a thorough understanding of these approaches, including their strengths and weaknesses, which allows us to choose the most appropriate combination for each specific project. This approach ensures that we achieve maximum efficiency and quality in project management across different areas, be it business or IT.

Project Management Office (= PMO)
We provide PMO services at two levels. The first is the actual setup of the project office in terms of processes, methodology, controls and standards. This also includes change management, basic capacity management and project portfolio management, including appropriate tools. The second applies to you if you have a PMO - we will analyze its functioning and suggest possible steps for improvement.
